Description

An efficient data protection concept must be up-to-date and adapted to any changed structures and operational processes. The data protection audit checks compliance  with data processing guidelines focussing the identification of  existing weaknesses at all process levels. The goal is the GDPR compliance certification.

  • Data protection goals, data protection concept, data protection guideline, data protection manual

  • The deletion concept

  • Data breaches - emergency planning

  • Security of IT systems, networking and internet connection, data backup, security infrastructure

  • Selection of relevant departments and processes, (foreign) data processing system

  • Privacy Impact Assessment

  • Responsibilities, accountability, declaration of commitments, company agreements, contracts

  • Implementation of corrective measures, controls and checklists.

 

 

Duration: 2 days

 

Learning goals
The participants should be able to independently make all the preparations so that the data protection audit can be carried out successfully.

 

Target group:
IT and security officers in SMEs, data protection officers. Employees and managers from the areas of compliance, data protection and data security. The topics are also of interest to managers, management officers and project managers.

 

Costs: CHF 1'600 including VAT. per person including lunch and documentation
